SMEAR - Our percentage of women who have had a smear in the last 5 years is 25-49 years of age = 84.1% and 50-64 years of age 87.9% (Snapshot date: 24.1.24)
94.1% - The percentage of children before 8months who have completed their 3rd immunisation for Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio (Snapshot date: 24.1.24)
94.5% - The percentage of children between 12 and 18 months who have received an MMR (Snapshot date: 24.1.24)

Palliative Care Meetings are held with all agencies involved to improve care.
INSULIN INITIATION - Our Practice has been initiating insulin in practice for the past 8 years to our Diabetic patients. This is to stop our patients needing to travel to secondary care. We always update our training annually, in house or off site.
Continuity of care, Out of Area Registration - If patients move out of our boundary, we no longer offer the opportunity for them to stay registered at our practice
