Due to recommendations for public safety,  we have temporarily suspended the use of SystmOnline to book appointments. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

Due to the current pressures on the NHS there will be very limited availability for private medicals (Taxi, Heavy goods etc) to be carried out at the practice. If you require a medical please contact reception and advise what is required. The request will be reviewed by the GP and you will be offered the next available appointment. Please do not miss your appointment as due to the small capacity we will be unable rebook and you will need to arrange this to be done by another provider. Please note there is a delay on all private work including insurance forms and letters. Thank you

Talk Before You Walk’ when your GP practice is closed 

Patients across Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield are reminded to ‘Talk Before You Walk’ when in need of care when your GP practice is closed. 

By phoning NHS 111, patients who need to be seen urgently on the same day will be offered an appointment with a healthcare professional either at their own GP surgery or at another surgery nearby called a Primary Care Service or a hub.
