Op COURAGE - The Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing service 

Veterans who would like support with their mental health and wellbeing please seek specialist support through Op COURAGE: The Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, and the Veterans’ GatewayOpCOURAGE offers specialist care for Service leavers, reservists, veterans and their families. Please remember if youre having a mental health crisis, you can get help by calling 111 or 999, booking in with your GP or going to your nearest A&E. If you are still serving, you can call the Military Mental Health Helpline on 08003234444.

East DurhamVeterans Trust is a charity based in Seaham, England, which supports veterans and their families from across the North East, through three main areas. Firstly, case managing issues that a veteran or family member may have by offering practical support, this includes finance, housing etc. Secondly, through social inclusion and finally, to support veterans and their families with mental health coaching and wellbeing.
