They also want to reduce the problems substance misuse causes to families, friendships, workplaces and communities in County Durham.

County Durham Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service now offers Breaking Free Online. Breaking Free Online is a digital programme that allows you to recognise and address harmful psychological and lifestyle issues, helping you to conquer your dependence once and for all. Please read the Breaking Free Brochure for setup details, then visit the website to sign up and login. 

County Durham Drug & Alcohol Recovery Services training team offer free specialist drug and alcohol awareness sessions and training to all those living and working within County Durham.
